Executive home set in the Dome forest. Tried and tested pine weatherboards and corrugated iron roof with attic storage for the household with everything. 9m deep reinforced concrete piles and self supporting garage slab were no problem for the team. As the main contractor we recommended upsizing subfloor framing to reduce foundation costs. This home featured under tile heating, heat transfer system, and a bespoke inbuilt fireplace (one of the first in NZ). Extensive hardwood decking and glass balustrade was the icing on the cake to accentuate the expansive views.
